ESSENTIAL MAT
A series of exercises designed to strengthen the core muscles as well as improve balance, flexibility, coordination and posture. Various pieces of light equipment, such as toning balls, flex balls, bands and fitness rings are also used to create greater resistance and fun!
REFORMER
The reformer is a highly versatile piece of equipment that utilizes spring resistance to provide a full-body workout. Working through a choreographed routine of challenging movements, the reformer enables the body to gain greater strength, flexibility and range of motion in all planes of motion.

Skiing, golfing, tennis, whatever your sport, this class will take your performance level to new heights! Using the highly versatile reformer, you will perform exercises that sharpen agility, boost strength and endurance and prevent injury. Learn how to isolate muscles and increase movement efficiency while emphasizing core stability!
*Private training is required before joining certain group classes in order to learn the basic principles of the work and/or to prepare you on how to navigate the equipment and be part of a group. Group participants must have instructor approval prior to joining a group class. Depending on ability or injuries, group classes are not always appropriate for everybody.
