At Motivation Studio, you’ll practice exercises from the STOTT PILATES® repertoire.
Composed of more than 500 systematic mat- and equipment-based movements, the STOTT PILATES® range of exercises will help you stretch, strengthen, tone and elongate your muscles, all while improving joint function and range of motion, and restoring proper alignment.
You’ll work your key muscle groups, allowing a greater transfer of energy and power when you need it most — from getting out of bed each morning, to dancing, to participating in athletic activities.
No matter what your fitness goals, Motivation Studio can help you achieve them through STOTT PILATES® certified instruction, friendly encouragement and a customized exercise program.
Mandy Rigler Dansereau
Motivation Studio Founder / STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor
Mandy is a certified Pilates personal trainer/instructor. Mandy’s education and training is grounded in her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Health Sciences. She was certified in 2004 by the internationally known STOTT PILATESTM education program (which required intensive study, professional supervision and rigorous testing).
In her fully equipped studio located in Rutland’s Howe Center, Mandy teaches Pilates exercise and TRX suspension training in either customized individual sessions or group settings. Mandy teaches with patience and humor. Mandy loves Vermont and enjoys all it has to offer, including; skiing, hiking, biking and kayaking.
