This fun reformer-based workout is designed to stimulate both cardiovascular and muscular effectiveness. It combines progressive plyometric jumping intervals, varying both in length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance moves on the vertical mini-trampoline. This essential format emphasizes breath, control, core development, precision movement, and understanding of the STOTT PILATES® basic principles to ensure safety.

Moving at a faster pace, the intermediate class is for experienced pilates students who have a clear understanding of the Basic Principles as well as the strength, endurance and coordination necessary to be successful in this more challenging format. Class is appropriate for healthy, fit individuals.
